Barry – attached is a technical memorandum on stream flow and fisheries assessment from HDR. 
Recall that the scope of this task was to provide a summary of what is known and not to produce 
original work based on new data or re-analysis of current data. Please provide whatever review 
comments OWRD can by end of next week. I will be putting it out on project web site for stakeholder 
review by our next meeting on the 28th.  Thanks.
