Page 3 2.0 Water Availability last sentence: "The amount of water available under the terms of the water right along with the amount that can be benefically used are the limiting factors as to what can ........" Page 4 Table 1: This is a comment to the author: Providing quantities at the mouth of the Umatilla does not mean that amount is avilable at a diversion point somewhere above the mouth. Water availability would be taken at the next higher WAB. Page 5 First Paragraph, second sentence: " In other words, there is..........from the Umatilla River at the mouth during......" Recall that the scope of this task was to provide a summary of what is known and not to produce original work based on new data or re-analysis of current data.
