throughout the United States with documented water and energy savings of 10% to 50%. Our Irrigation Audit services include:
Irrigation system audit - The entire irrigation system will be evaluated, including flow test, pump testing, sprinkler pressure measurements, field
elevation variations, mainline and water delivery evaluation. A complete report of each system is presented to each client.
Pump and motor efficiency test - where we use electronic instrumentation to measure electrical voltage, amps, power factor, kilowatt and horsepower
input. This test can be done on centrifugal or vertical turbine pumps. Efficiency of each system is determined and compared to our standard. A recommendation
report pinpointing ways to improve efficiency is provided to the client.
Flow testing - we use a state-of-the-art ultrasonic flow meter to accurately test flows in pipelines from 2 to 200 inches.
Energy conservation program - Includes flow testing, pump efficiency testing, irrigation system audit, Combines the tests from the above components
to develop a comprehensive report with recommendations and documented energy savings. Based on our experience, energy savings ranging from 20%
to 50% can be expected.
